As the Sr. Product Manager for monetization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global commerce solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading strategic initiatives to optimize monetization of payment solutions, driving market expansion, and enhancing customer experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and launch innovative products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maximizing revenue growth. To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams\u2014including partner sales, design, engineering, and marketing\u2014to develop and deploy solutions that address the evolving needs of our partners and customers. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, marketing, business administration) 7+ years of experience in billing for Internet applications, payments, e-commerce, and online banking. Strong understanding of the partner products space and experience developing and launching successful partner-facing products. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior executives at Partners. Strong ability to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration in multiple geographies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and effectively prioritize tasks. Drive innovation through ideation discussions with partners, product requirement definition, deliverable planning, and execution.
